This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant in consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in the Tantra 50hr Training hosted by The Essence of Sadhana (“Brooke Devi”).

1. Acknowledgement of Risks: I understand that participation in yoga, tantra, meditation, breathwork, movement practices, and related activities carries inherent risks, which may include but are not limited to: Physical injury (including muscle strain, sprains, or other bodily injury). Emotional and psychological release that may feel intense. Risks associated with travel, environment, and natural elements on the island. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may be sustained as a result of participating in the Training.

2. Health & Medical Conditions: I affirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical or psychological conditions to the Organizers. I understand that the practices offered are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. I agree to consult my physician before beginning any new wellness practices if I have health concerns.

3. Personal Responsibility I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for: Listening to my body and practicing within my own limits. Notifying facilitators of any injuries or limitations. Respecting the group container and other participants. Arranging my own travel, insurance, and medical coverage.

Release of Liability I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Essence of Sadhana, its facilitators, teachers, employees, contractors, or affiliates (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained while participating in the Training or related activities.
