Our Mission
At The Essence of Sadhana we offer 200hr yoga teacher trainings, 300hr yoga teacher trainings, 50 hour continued education programs, international trainings and retreats. We are a school that welcomes diversity, laughter, fun whilst embodying the ancient wisdom of yoga. We are honoured to bring you these trainings, with a team of highly qualified, passionate and embodied teachers who are expertise in there field.
